Susan Kovalik has a wonderful program for arranging and creating a child centered learning environment. The program is detailed and should be started gradually. Susan and her associates have wonderful seminars and other staff development on video for one who needs the visuals. The entire program is easy to understand and I have seen it in action for 7 years in a "at-risk" school in Salt Lake City, Utah. I recommend this to any teacher looking to organize and arrange her everyday learning for every child. This program also uses 12 life skills and teaches to the whole child at his or her level of understanding and instruction.
