A Review:

The technical quality is perfect, the recording is very careful, the stereo brings all its relief, and the digitization of the sound details. Easter
chimes and choirs followed by large excerpts of “Hazelnut Casser” performed by the then Leningrad Philharmonic directed by Yevgeny Mravinsky.
This CD, designed to show Melodya's know-how in recording, is coupled with a broadcast of the works of the Russian piano school by its artists, here Mikhail Pletnev, extending the music of the ballet of piano pieces.
The original recordings were apparently remastered in Germany for distribution in the USA.
The whole is very successful, full of grace.
